Summary
HRW Harvest is progressing in Texas, Oklahoma and southern Kansas, though delays due to high humidity and isolated precipitation continue. Rains have also moved into the southeastern SRW growing region, causing harvest delays. The first samples have reached the labs with 40 arriving for HRW and five for SRW. Spring wheat planting is 97% complete, and the wheat is mostly emerged and in good condition so far. Crop heading for SW continues to be behind normal but making steady progress. Northern durum is 95% planted; precipitation is needed in some areas.
