Summary
HRW harvest is winding down with minimal changes to this week’s data analysis. There are now 180 HRS samples in the lab and 55% of the crop has been harvested. The first samples for northern durum are being tested with initial average protein content of 14.2%, test weight average of 60.7 lb/bu (79.1 kg/hl) and falling number of 344. Both HRS and northern durum harvest remain behind normal. SW winter wheat harvest is wrapping up with an additional 63 samples in the lab.
