Commodity Classic Virtual Event – Registration Opened January 26th
The 2021 Special Edition of Commodity Classic is being delivered digitally direct to your farm March 2-5, 2021. The focus of this year’s online event is on education – with more than 50 educational sessions on the schedule! Registration opened on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at www.CommodityClassic.com. The registration fee is waived for the first 5,000 farmers thanks to the generous support of these sponsors:

REMINDER: ARC, PLC Enrollment Deadline March 15th
On February 9, 2021, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) issued a reminder to producers about the deadline for completing enrollment for 2021 Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs on March 15th. REMINDER: USDA Extends General Signup for CRP
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced on February 5, 2021 that the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) General Signup period is being extended beyond the original deadline of February 12, 2021. USDA will continue to accept offers as it takes this opportunity for the incoming administration to evaluate ways to increase enrollment. Learn more about CRP here.
2021 National Wheat Yield Contest Sign-up Underway
The National Wheat Foundation (NWF) is officially accepting grower enrollment for the 2021 National Wheat Yield Contest! The Contest is divided into two primary competition categories: winter wheat and spring wheat, and two subcategories: dry land and irrigated. The Foundation is accepting entries for Winter and Spring Wheat. The deadline for Winter Wheat entries is May 15th with an early registration deadline of April 1st. The Spring wheat entry deadline is August 1st, with an early registration deadline of June 15th. The wheat contest is administered entirely online, and growers can register at www.yieldcontest.
